This segment will develop and establish representational or proposal papers to the government for projects which are in need of funding. It will collate all necessary documents for this purpose and will establish monitoring procedures for a clean and honest reporting.

It will also review the current affairs’ applicability in the art education such as the National Arts Month and will issue its own disposition, a decision which should be gathered from the majority whether to participate or not participate in the celebration of this national project.

This segment should also be able to improve the accessibility of art education among the community dwellers and grant them free art training and lectures through its advocacy programs.
