PAEA MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES, BENEFITS, and PRIVILEGES

A.Individual Membership:

1. An applicant must fill up and submit PAEA Application Form with payment for annual membership fee:
Regular Member - P500.00
Student (with valid ID) - P300.00

2. If through email:

Download, fill up, and submit PAEA Application Form to Miss Joy A. Fulgencio (fulgencio_joy@yahoo.com) or Mrs. Mary Ann Uy (mrynn_y@yahoo.com).
Pay membership fee at BPI C/A 3141-0663-57 Tomas Morato Branch (Account Name: Philippine Art Educators Association)
Send copy of the deposit slip via email to Joy or Mary Ann.

3. Signed PAEA ID and a Primer will be given to the member.

4. Validity of membership covers one-year period upon payment of the membership fee.

6. Mechanics in availing the discounts
A final PAEA membership list and a sample of the PAEA membership card will be submitted to the institution concerned for its reference.
The membership card should be presented to and validated by the cashier before the transaction.
The discount is subject to the institution’s terms and conditions.
The discount is non-transferable.

B. Institutional Membership

1. An institution or school applicant must fill up and submit PAEA Application Form with payment for annual membership fee of P3,000.00. The check should be payable to Philippine Art Educators Association (BPI C/A 3141-0663-57 Tomas Morato Branch).

2. Certificate of Membership will given to the institution/school.

3. Seven members will be allowed from the institution whose annual membership fees will be waived. PAEA will issue seven (7) IDs that are transferable. It can be used by any member of the institution to avail the privileges.

4. These seven members will have discounts in all exhibits, workshop/seminar fees, and other PAEA activities and events where there is registration fee.
