Bel is the amiable Art Supervisor and Chief of the Music and Art Services of Dep-Ed Manila from 1997 up to present. He is a consultant and curriculum writer for the DepEd Curriculum in Elementary and Secondary Art Education since 1996. Bel has authored Art/Sining Component in MSEP for Grades 3 to 6 and MAPEH for first to fourth year high school students under the management of Phoenix Publishing House.
Because of his commitment to propagate art and enhance the art proficiency among the members of DepEd, Manila, Bel has founded and became the first president of Manila Art Teachers Association (MATA) in 1984 where the best art teachers of Manila came forth. His other sterling performances were with the
Manila Association of Education Supervisors (MAES) for the NCR Chapter where he became its president twice from 2002 to 2006 and Philippine Association of Education Supervisors (PAES) for NCR Chapter, where he is its current vice-president.
Bel is a recipient of the ASEAN Seminar-Workshop in Art Education Curriculum in Bangkok, Thailand in February, 1994 and has traveled to Japan as a grantee of a Japan Study Program in 2002.
He finished his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education from the Technological University of the Philippines and finished his M.A. in Education Administration from Ateneo de Manila University in 1977.

Visual Artist, Art Educator, Resource Speaker.
EJ is a visual artist working with different medium in his works. His works include acrylic and oil paintings, sculpture in wood, wire and foam and tapestries in mixed media. He is author of Art Education Textbooks for High School and Art Educator at Claret School of Quezon City. He is a Resource Speaker for Art Education Program, Creativity Enhancement, and Teaching Strategies. He is also an art facilitator for Faber Castell Philippines. He was the past president of CMLI Teachers Association of the Philippines (CMLI TAP) and Cluster president of the Quezon City-Marikina Grade School Consortium for HELE/EPP MAPE Cluster. He is currently an active member of the Philippine Art Educators Association (PAEA) and Philippine Home Economics Association (PHEA).

Sonny is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts, Major in Philosophy from the Saint Louis University of Baguio City in 1996. Despite this seemingly extreme background, he was able to build up experiences as an art educator with diverse specialization in basic drawing, teaching and club animation. Sonny is a creative teacher with an interactive and hands-on style in managing his classrooms.
Over his teaching years, he has accumulated further trainings as an art teacher through the 3-day seminar art workshop “Curriculum integration through Arts” in Baguio City, “Hobby and Craft Seminar” in 2002 and “A Language for Art: An In-Service Training for Elementary Art Teachers” for Don Bosco faculty members.
He has shared his skills and talents in various cases having taught in elementary, summer art workshops & non-academic settings in Metro Manila. He has efficiently managed the school’s art club called SINING BUSKO from where multi- talented school children emerged. He has built a roster of guest speakers and volunteers from the school setting for the school’s programs and organized on-the-spot drawing contests the artworks of which he later printed into calendars for the school.
He has taught at Values Education Teacher Our Lady of Pilar Montessori Center from 1996 to 1998. He then transferred to Don Bosco Technical Institute Makati City and has remained its art teacher until this day. Sonny was invited to be an Art Attack Instructor for the launching of Teamo Supremo in Disney Channel Asia Philippines in August 2002, Disney’s Saturday Playhouse in October 2002, Honda’s Saturday Big Events & Toy Kingdom’s Sundays Big Events also in October 2002, Magical Christmas at Robinson’s Malls with Disney Channel December 2002 and Fun Day at alabang Town Center in August 2004.

An Art buff, a book writer and a teacher by profession. An active PAEA Board Member since 2000. A graduate from University of the East, Manila with a degree in Elementary Education (BEED).Attended various seminars and training related to teaching and other areas of interests art, crafts, sports and other professional development seminars) Currently assigned in Grade School and High School Exposure/Immersion Program of Claret school of Quezon City. Participated in different PAEA activities as participant and co-facilitator.
Happily Married with Ma. Lourdes S. Angeles, also an Art enthusiast, teaching Art, PE and English, in High School. Greatly inspired by 3 kids (Jo Mari, Jo Christian and Jo Marykryse).

Ched studied interior design in University of the Philippines,Diliman. Her career as an educator can be described as serendipitous She tried her luck,fell in love with it on the first day of classes and the rest is history. She has been teaching grade school art for seven years now. Currently,she is taking up her Teaching in the Early Grades graduate program in the same university.
She is interested in arts and crafts and yoga. She has joined several outreach activities thru the INSA Office of Miriam College.

Orlando P. Abon

Mr. Orlando Abon graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education with special studies on dance, art and P.E. at Philippine Normal University, Manila. He has over these years, became a prime mover of seminars, trainings and workshops of creativity in teaching. He is also a trainor to various art competitions, photojournalism, editorial cartooning which entitled him to win local and international competitions. He is also an author of MAPEH books. Not resting on his laurels are his contributions as president of Phil. Art Educators Association, execom member of National Commission on Cultural Education of NCCA, chairperson of the Catholic Educators Association of the Philippines and a member of the Museum Foundation of the Philippines. At present he is the subject area coordinator of music, arts, P.E. , computer and HELE at St. Mary’s Academy of Pasay City. Mr. Abon was PAEA president from 2002 to 2007.
Tapping his entrepreneural prowess, Orly has started up his own company Ylrostouch Events Management and Coordination several years ago. The company has served as his outlets for his passion in designing and organizing events.
